I AM OFFICIALLY BACK!!! And what way to make an entrance than bring an idea of an extraordinary pokemon! It is a dragon fossil. Yeah, I know that this will be hard to do, but bring it on! I am ready to take the challenge one! Here is my idea.

This pokemon is a Rock/Dragon type (the two rarest types for PF as of this post). It is based on a dinosaur called the Therizinosaur. It has a very long neck, is bipedal, and has large hand claws. It has a vicious nature, which would make it fit perfectly for a dragon pokemon. You can read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Therizinosauria

I plan for this to be a single stage pokemon. The only reason for this is because adding more forms doesn't seem like a good idea for this guy. I hope you guys can help develop this idea.

Yeah, just one issue here, Soble. Therizinosaurs were not vicious unless provoked, being strict herbivores.

There actually isn't... but if you want one, it better be good, because the T-Rex is something little kids have make Pokes of. Don't make a little kid-quality Poke.

Also, y u hardly use shift button?

Oh this isn't going to be no "kid-quality" poke. That's why I brought it into the community, so it has a higher chance for success.

I actually have some concepts ideas for this:

name: Tyrantigua (Ancient Tyrant)

species: the fossil king pokemon

ability: slow start (since it is a giant T-Rex)

stat total: 600 (psuedo legend status)

evolutions: evolves from crown fossil

NEW ITEM: Crown Fossil (based on royal crowns, and the crown of someones skull)

Tyrantorch is based off of Tyrannosaurs - just pointing that out.

Plus, are we doing a Therizinosaur or a Tyrannosaur? An Abelisaur might be nice. They were truly fascinating theropods.

If you specifically want to do a Rock/Dragon type fossil pokemon the a better idea then a Tyrannosaurus would possibly be the Dracorex Hogwartsia, a dinosaur that was named by little kids for its resemblance to dragons. Here is a link to its wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dracorex

There's probably a reason Game Freak doesn't do a lot of dinosaurs. They are really boring unless executed really well. I don't think we can do that here.

I always was of the idea that a Tyrannosaurus fossil pokémon just HAD TO HAPPEN (not that I want this to be one), but for that to occur it would need to entirely blow the fans away with its design AND earn the merit of it being a rock/dragon type! It's highly unlikely that one would ever want that responsibility or the burden of doing it wrong.

I am willing to help.
Therizinosaurs had quill-like and down-like feathers. Therefore, a Pokémon based on a therizinosaur might learn moves like FeatherDance or the PF move FeatherSalvo.
Birdlike dinosaurs found in China often reference dragons in their names. To justify the Dragon type, one could amplify the theropods=dragons comparison.

One could go so far as to say that this Pokémon, while prehistoric, did not live in the "dinosaur age" and lived into the Ice Age, where it was worshiped by prehistoric humans. Many animals were once worshiped, so it's not a stretch. Furthermore, that would give the Pokémon a sense of dragon-like majesty and power without resorting to arbitrary "it's a Dragon type because we said so" non-logic. (see Latias and Latios, which do not resemble dragons, not even the advanced bird-headed Japanese dragon that probably inspired Altaria.)
