In quick reply you can use Ctrl + Alt + I (as indicated with that tiny text below the text box), which will make a window pop up that receives an image url as input.

I'm trying to import a cutie mark (I hate even typing that phrase) onto a pony, but it keeps the image background with it. How do I made image transparency?

I don't know. A pony creator on deviantART did the cutie mark automatically for me. Here's mine.

I think that's the same pony creator I'm using. The background for the image I'm going to use shows up and I don't know how to make it transparent.
