Name: Magimenair (MAGIcal+MENtal+AIR)

Classification: Magical Air Pokemon

Type: Magic/Wind

Height: 2 f. 3 in.

Weight: 65

Description: A thin 2 foot 3 inches tall Pokemon, it commonly floats. It is usually seen with only black robes on it. A long green reptilian tail is just barely visible at the back of it's robe when seen from the front. There is a sort of half circle shape around it's head with angry-looking purple eyes. There is a bulge outwards where its eyes are. Reptilian hands are covered in dark sleeves. The hands are thin and weak looking. The sleeve doesn't fully cover the hand, and under it there is a portion of the sleeve with a dark, onimous space. That space is where the cards come out. The cards a thrown by the hand and then winds propel it. It is said just looking into it's eyes makes one emotionless. It's Magical and Wind powers give it extraordinary speed. Occasionally it will trick someone. Weak physical strength, though it's mental strength is nearly unshakable.

I like it having not enough physical strength to even stand up, trading it for immense magic power. However:

1. Its stats are incredibly low, being on par with first-level Pokemon while not evolving.

2. This is post-Generation III, so the two Dexes need to be completely unrelated to each other.

3. Its movelist shouldn't extend much over 70, because that's a trend amongst the legendaries, which this is not.

4. Magic is a self-propelling force, it doesn't really need Wind to boost itself too. Also, it floats and should have Levitate.

Lots of things that float don't have levitate flarsable. In fact this thing barely needs it, it has a x4 resistance to ground.

The changed stats!

Pokedex Entries:

Wa-lah, the changed Dex entries.
And as for the legendary thing... As it gets stronger it gets more potential for more moves, which is why some of the higher level ones are less magic and wind types and more random ones. LOLZ.
But if you must, feel free to remove the moves for Lv. 80, 95 and 99.

I don't think that this suggestion is justified in having a base stat total that surpasses even Archeops, and is breathing down the necks of the legendary trios. If you shave off 40 points from attack and defense I think you'll bring it within levels we can all agree upon.

I think we can shave about 10 off the HP, too. And that moveset! Mother of God. I'm going to be up most of the night redoing that. Also, Magimenair seems far too wordy. Try Magair instead.

Th new stats aren't very interesting. 70 doesn't really say "I have to use magic to stand upright" like 10 does. It's okay to have extremely high or low stats so long as it's balanced. Maybe have it have a really high Special Attack and above-average Health, but bad defenses and of course, an Attack Sunkern laugh at.

Well, its supposed to be weak physically, but not so much as it can't stand up right. Thats why it levitates. I agree with your suggestions, Flarsable. I'll change them again. Maybe then it will be ready!

I'm... not in the right frame of mind to go over stats. There are however a few things I don't understand about the design. Firstly, why the reptilian features of the hands and tail? is it simply lack of anything else to put there? I think it would be more thematically appropriate to remove the tail and make the hands into floating gloves.
Secondly, "There is a sort of half circle shape around it's (sic) head with angry-looking purple eyes. There is a bulge outwards where its eyes are". This description is very confusing; I cannot envision this half-circle around the head without any description of the shape of the head itself. You might want to present a doodle of this portion of the anatomy so that us artists have an idea of what you are wanting.
Thirdly, "It is said just looking into it's eyes makes one emotionless." Why does this happen? This isn't Mesprit, it's a new pokemon with a set of magical wind powers that are (ostensibly) utterly unrelated to emotion-drainage. You might want to change this to something more related to wind.
