Well our header does say that mechanical pokemon are disallowed, but I think that a car falls outside that designation, since it was specifically made to halt creation of humanoid robots.
That said, I think this suggestion would be well-served by having a prevolution, and by downplaying the spiritual-possession aspects, as it is my opinion that if you're going to have a possessed car pokemon you may as well make it a Rotom form. It might be prudent to replace the ghost-type entirely, but that is entirely up to you at this point.
I also think that this pokemon is not well-served by having different forms, since not only are they all different shapes as evidenced by your descriptions (which just piles more work on our spriters!), they make it seem strikingly similar to this already-existing car pokemon.

Moves-wise; Hit-and-run is okay since it's basically a steel U-turn, but I'm not enthralled with Run Over. It may be due to the cumbersome name (and the accuracy, all OHKO's must be at 30% unless it has some other gimmick to limit usage, like Justice) but another reason for my dislike is that it continues a trend I have seen of late with capping off movelists with an OHKO. Sometimes it's fine to not have one.

Nevertheless, this is a solidly-built suggestion, with fleshed-out moves and descriptions (even if they aren't up-to-scratch grammatically). Good job.

I suppose I could downplay the possession thing, or just make it a car that assembles spontaneously out of junk auto parts, somehow getting a mind of its own, and change its typing to Steel/Dark rather than Steel/Ghost. Thank you for your opinion. I will change Run Over, since I never really liked one hit KO moves anyway, not even in the games, so Run Over is certainly changeable if not totally expendable. I like the different forms idea myself, I think it makes the pokemon unique, but I do feel sorta bad about making it a pain for the spriters. I feel that the idea CAN be dropped, if it seems necessary, or changed up quite a bit at the very least. I think I'll drop the Compact form, since it's basically the exact same as the Classic, only with a different shape. Thank you for your critique of this, because I personally LOVE this idea, and am willing to make changes to get it approved.

Ok, changed Run Down (formerly Run Over), but I've decided to stick with the Steel/Ghost typing. I feel that the whole possession thing is important, since it was a car before it was a pokemon. Got rid of the alternate forms for now. But might bring them back. Sorry if I'm posting excessively.

Ok, I have an idea for a pre-evo, as well as another branch to this line. Antiquar, which is based on an old, early 1900s car, which would be a pure Steel type, and Racecarnage, based on a racecar. Antiquar would evolve into one or the other based on whether its holding one of two new items: Haunted Motor, for Crashtine, and Vile Decal for Racecarnage. I hope I didn't make too long of a name, however, for Racecarnage. If I did, please tell me. I'd post it at the top, but I'm not got a moveset for the two in mind just yet.

Okay, honestly, I'm going to disagree with SCD here in that I think that this has just as likely a chance of approval as a robot Pokemon. While yes, it was created for the aversion of humanoid robots, a car is still very much a hunk of metal that moves. It's very Nightmre Fuel-ish (pun not intended) for a Pokemon game, being a possessed car that runs its foes over and eats them viciously. At least the other robot Pokemon were made as Pokemon for Pokemon battles, and I don't think a possessed car really passes as a Pokemon.

Also, you mean Autotomize, not Automize, right?

Banette is a doll possessed by a ghost and wants to hunt down its original owner. It also lays curses by sticking pins into its body. A doll is just as man-made as a car.
The way I see it (which you also mentioned), this was not created for the purpose of being a Pokémon so as long as this suggestion is executed well, I think it's completely approvable.

That being said, I think it needs a liiiittle more improvement. I have a few suggestions.
"It viciously runs down those that intrude upon its territory, then tears them apart with its teeth." This part. I think this is too graphic. I think you can get away with a blurb that describes it as being territorial and it tries to run over intruders though.

Also I think you shouldn't complicate things too much by adding relatives. Don't try to stray too much from its inspiration. Personally I'm already okay with the current stuff on the original post.

Thank you so much for comments. I'm glad people on here. And SCD, I like your idea. Also, Cacapulse, thank you for constructive criticism. It lets me know I can improve, and also tells me how. Flarsable, I understand your concern, however, I still don't think a car counts as a robot. I know I ain't been here in forever, but I'm back. Also, the thing about it running people over, well, that could be taken out, I agree. I don't know what I was thinking there. Maybe because I had been following the Pokemon Adventures manga, which tends to get quite violent at times. Seriously, Koga orders his Golbat to kill Blue!!! And its implied that Archie from Team Aqua kills his Team Magma counterpart with a sword! Not kidding, they made the manga pretty brutal.

Agreed. The manga in my opinion is more better than the anime though. A bit of darkness is alright; look at Naruto and One Piece, both of which had to be edited to make it more children friendly, but I'm glad they released an adult version as well for those that like the Japanese version over the children version. It also focuses on the view points of many different characters and not the same one over and over. Speaking of the Pokemon manga, if ReBURST was made into an anime, that would make my day.

Anyways, back to the topic at hand, I think Crashtine has a bit too many moves. Just 10-15 is enough, you don't need 20. Also, you don't have to do it, but I think it could look cool if its wheels could catch on fire like the Ghost Rider's motorcycle. Even a skull-like feature on its bonnet could look nice as well. Just suggestions, you don't need to do them.

I'll take that into consideration. I can't change it right now, because I'm using my phone and the Edit feature on the site doesn't work on it. I could knock a few moves off, I admit. I would especially wanna keep Hit and Run, since it is what SCD called it, a Steel type U-Turn, and I like it. Run Over could be dropped, but I'll give it a bit of thought first, as well as on the rest.

Well acccording to the "How To Suggest A Pokemon" topic, you still require Classification (e.g. Weepinbell is the flycatcher PkMn). Other than that, you're fine for now.
Be aware that it will still be a million billion years before we get to appraising this suggestion though; our backlog is huge.

I feel like Run Down should be, well... more in-depth. Like, what you have is just an attack, not really signature move-worthy. I'd make it cause flinching and/or paralysis.
