Likely, as another way for Nintendo to grab more booty. I love the Mystery Dungeon series and would like to see it on the 3DS... maybe with actual 3D models. (None of that Pokemon Rumble trash...)

Agreed. Something like the 3D Models shown in the GameCube/Wii console games (Colosseum, XD: Gale of Darkness, Channel, Battle Revolution) would be amazing. And another note, I believe Lampent and Chandelure will become a favourite for people who like to walk through walls because if they can go through walls and levitate, then they both could go across any terrain and not be hurt.

Because there's a problem with the other Ghost types with Levitate?

Yes, new graphics would be a must. They slammed the polygon ceiling hard with the Japan-only third games.

Magma walls? Never heard of them. Also, I'm pretty sure anything with Levitate won't get burned, so it's any Ghost type with Levitate.

Have you gone through the whole Explorers of Time and Darkness game to Dark Crater and seen a Mismagius come through the walls or over a lava puddle burned?

Well, the bonus is that in Mystery Dungeon, moves that have no effect at all still do damage, but only a quarter amount of the actual damage (just guessing, but most likely true), so even if you use Psychic on a Zoroark disguised as a Machop, you can deal damage to it and eradicate the illusion (or it reveals its true form when it faints, similar to what Ditto does).

You say "lowly Machop". A Zoroark would likely pass itself off as another denizen of its particular dungeon. You might mean Machoke or Machamp in which case. (Or Zorua, inversely.)

But anyway, I'd play a Mystery Dungeon sequel. What would it be called, anyway, do you think?

I see what you mean. Yeah, probably Machoke/Machamp or Gurdurr/Conkeldurr or something. And the sequel could be called... Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Explorers of Dawn, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Explorers of Dusk. And the plot revolves on something messing with the times of day so "daylight" isn't daylight, throwing the entire Pokemon world into chaos! Kinda like how the Time Gears being missing caused the Pokemon World to go into chaos.

Though, do you think it would take place in the same universe as Explorers of Time/Darkness? That setting has proved to be popular.

Well now that they have Black and White 2 I'd say that they would set it as you trying to stop Kyurem from "fuseing" with Zekrom/Reshiram because they are evil and "fuse" with Reshiram/Zekrom because they are good. It probably have some plot twist at the end like a group of Zoroark were munpulating Kyurem to turn evil or something.

This just a Wikipedia rumor but they might actually come out with something called: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth for 3DS. Which will be generation V!
