Say, you know those pokemon who evolve by leveling up with a certain move? Well, if a pokemon has two such evolutions, and knows both of the moves, what happens?

That is quite an astute observation, Malonkey1.

I guess it would be determined randomly, or maybe based on IV numbers. Or, in these special species, it would be impossible for it to know both of those moves at the same time.

Maybe it would be determined like Wurmple does with its evolutions, or by which one it learned first.

Again, I suggest it is whichever one was learned first. Maybe if it knows one it will be unable to learn the other, because it "can't seem to remember the move..."

Cacapulse what was meant that in a game environment it would evolve into whatever was nearer the top of the movelist. so you could customize what it evolves into by altering the position of the moves in the status screen.

and Flarsable, playability is key. What if I wanted to have it learn both?

Do you have any other solutions? Yes, in a game environment, it might work like that, but what about in the PFL, where it's not? If you wanted it to learn both there there'd be issues.
