I thought of electricity (our least common type) and whipped this together. Any ideas?

I have plenty of ideas.
"It feeds on ambient static in harsh climes. Vast groups jostle each other for access to the best spots."(103)
"It dandles through the air, feeding on electricity. Its feeding range encompasses multiple altitudes."(101) (Dandle means "to move [something] lightly up and down, or to move [a baby or a young child] up and down in a playful or affectionate way)
As for names,
Dandleght (Dandle + lightning)
Jostlect (Jostle + electricity)
Shockic (Shock + static)
Are some possibilities. (although not high-quality ones.)

For the picture I recommend using a thick pencil instead of the paintbrush as that makes it easier to remove the white spots. (there are none when you use the pencil.)

My favorite so far is Sprivolt probably but that's just me. As for abilities, I think volt absorb and static would probably be good, or would levitate be better?

In my opinion it seems more electric ghost but this is a community work so it really depends on what everyone thinks.

I say keep the Electric-Type and have Levitate as a DW Ability. As for stats...

I was thinking Electric/Ghost and it inhabits old light bulbs and other aging electronic equipment, and they're rare because most people like to update their electronics.

An Electric/Ghost type that inhabits electrical appliances that is a floating ghost-like electrical mass. Does anyone else think this is way too familiar?

(I can tell that you like the verb "dandle" too.)
But if the light bulbs are broken, where is the electricity? Maybe it eats residual gases, metals, and chemicals in the broken bulbs' components that it can use to power its own electrical processes...

I never said the bulbs it lives in are broken. I said they're burnt out, which means that Sprivolt can just go in and take the place of the filament that would normally give off the light and consume the electrical current being pumped in. In this way, it can mimic a normal light bulb and avoid detection... Maybe you could find it by using Headbutt on street lights in certain cities...

I would guess though that they're either inactive/asleep/what have you during the day because no one turns on the lights during the day. During the night is their time to shine. (no pun intended)
