I'm not sure about the colour scheme - I came up with this but I'm not feeling it. Definitely want to keep the thunderbolt legs though.
Dex 1: MISTLE has the power to summon storms by singing. It is treated as an omen of bad weather.
Dex 2: Most can summon abnormal weather; those with exceptional skill can bring forth other phenomena.

This one has been percolating for a few months now. I'm suggesting it here so that people new to this can see the process of one of the staff, rather than it just popping up on an archive page elsewhere.
Mostly I'd like suggestions for the colour scheme - Moppnttef says it doesn't look enough like a Magic-type, more like a Water/Flying, but I really want it to be more magical summoning than... however pokemon normally summon infinite Water Guns or whatever.
Advanced critique on the rest would be good. I'm making this face at you regarding the movelist, Cacapulse:
EDIT: Forgot the name origin. Storm thrushes are more properly known as mistle thrushes, and mistle is an old english word for fine, light rain, the sort that covers everything with dewdrops.
