The Burst Heart was introduced in the Pokémon Manga: Pokémon RéBURST. (I know, very little information.)
It is an item that allows a trainer to bond with one of their Pokémon to go into a mode called Burst Form (Almost similar to the BioMerge in Digimon). (For more information: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Burst#Mechanics) The purpose of this topic was to know if we could find a Burst Heart in Bombur and use it?
