My entries are based on a a sirroco (a desert wind phenomenon) and cold, snowy winds, or wind chill.
Name: Sirrocap (Sirroco + cap)

Weight: Eight pounds (it does consist of wind, but sand is heavy.)

It is revered by desert tribes. It warps the face of the desert at a whim, limiting plant growth. (99)
It tirelessly patrols the desert. Its body, comprised of winds, abrades sand dunes on contact. (94)
In case those two are not sufficient...
It buries alive those it deems corrupt with the sand it carries. When it does so, its body dwindles.(100)
Its veil always hides its face, even in the harshest of winds. Some say its face is featureless. (96)

For anatomical clarifications: It has two "arms" that resemble loose cloth (such as drapery) and a smoky, genie-like or tornado-like tail. The "arms" appear to have two to three "fingers" that consist of rounded shapes at their ends. Its "hat" can either resemble this, or be something like this, depending on whether it looks better with a brim to its "hat" or not. The insignia on its "hat" consists of two sloping (obtuse) triangles. The one closest to the front of the "hat" is larger than the one adjacent, which is closer to the back of the "hat." The two triangles do not touch.

None have seen its face, hidden by a thick scarf of icy winds. Its body grows heavier in snowstorms. (100)
