"For instance, how am I going to stop this one criminal here, Mr. BonzaiRob from escaping unpunished from his crimes and settin' an example for murderers everywhere? The answer" He takes another swig. "Use a guilty verdict."

His theme stops. "Very well." The judge says. "Does the prosecution have any opening remarks?"

"We sure do." He pauses, and stands up from his chair. "At 11:45 in Saffron city, Mr. ShinE was just takin' a stroll through the air like he does every day, just goin' along at his own pace, when this demon of an excuse for a legendary pokeyman to use the Accuracy Mount near the Silph Co. building, and used its scope to take better aim at the victim. He used fire blast through its barrel, as the scorch marks inside prove, and it focused it onto him and he fell to his death. Eyewitness reports put Mr. Bonzai at the scene of the crime. His scales were found at the accuracy mount. He's a fire type pokeyman, and best of all, he's renowned for having accuracy issues. And get this: He'd arranged to be able to use the Silph Co. demo Accuracy Mount earlier in the week. He'd made an appointment to be able to use it at... 11:42. And yes, ya do have to make appointments for that scope."
