Attack: 85
Effect: Ignores weather effects (no power boost or accuracy loss, etc.). Has a 35% chance of causing "roar" effect on the opponent. Does 10% more damage on a pokemon with the "Magma Armor" Abillity, as well.
Description: The pokemon breaths deep then fires a highly dense bubble at the enemy like a rocket. The bubble pops upon impact, causing a huge explosion that sends the opponent flying!
DEX: A bubble blast clears the field!

Eye Color = teal
Body+Head = Sea Blue
Tips (of tail, whiskers, ears) = black
Collar = blue-black pattern (blue, then black, then blue, etc.)
Osmarine -
Eye Color = teal
Body+Head = very light Blue (almost white, but still recognizable as blue)
Tips (of tail, whiskers, ears) and stripes = dark blue
Collar and bottom = blue-dark blue pattern (blue, then dark blue, then blue, etc.)
Also: Like Revivathan, Osmarine has a black stripe lining the middle of its head. It is an update to his original concept that I've made recently. I've yet to retrieve the picture I put the updates on... sorry.

Eye Color = teal
Body+Head = very light Blue (almost white, but still recognizable as blue)
Tips (of tail), stripes, = blue
Collar = blue-very light Blue pattern (blue, then very light Blue, then blue, etc.)
