Is there anything else you need for Scasmanger?? If there is just ask. I'm pretty good (Not the greatest) at stats and Dexes if I do say so myself.

Sure. I'll let you know if I get an idea about Scasmanger. How about an ability called Fever Pitch. It could raise the attack of sound based moves when Scasmanger get's inflicted with a status problem (poison, burn e.t.c.). What do you think? Maybe you could come up with a different trigger method other than status inflictions?

Actually I already have a new ability for Scasmanger; it's called Loud Mouth. It powers up the damage output of sound-base attacks by somewhere around 20-40%.

Which is the same thing as Cacophony, but weaker. I don't really get the point of it.

I suppose there would t be a point in having a made up sound based ability since there is Cacophony, unless you want to make up a whole other ability for Scasmanger. How about if Fever Pitch negated all sound based attacks targeted at Scasmanger and inflicted the damage on the opponent. If you don't like it then I advise you go with Cacophony.

Oh that's what happened to Cacophony; when I joined, Cacophony was the same as Own Tempo, but they must've changed it when I was absent. Ok then, Cacophony it is then.

EDIT BUMP: Boy this idea has been building up some major dust. Anyone have any ideas for this Pokemon, or does it seem good enough?
