I started off simply with the idea of some giant bugs, but thinking about it later, it made a bit more sense of they were part Steel, to cope with the weights involved. Speaking of, I could do with some help with that.
COLARVA (collossus + larva)

COLARVA dig through the earth until
they are ready to evolve. They are
often cause buildings to
sink into the earth; whole
villages have been known to
disappear because of them.
Desc: A medium-brown worm, faily thick, with two big, bright green eyes. It has some small fin-like appenges around its middle and its tail. The mouth is closed but it has some short feeler-like appendages sticking out from that area. I'll sketch it soon.

DEX:
COLCOON are usually found
underground, where they are an
impediment to miners. Before more
was learnt about them, they were
thought to be ONIX and STEELIX
eggs.
Desc: A cocoon, either brown or steely-grey depending on what I decide. There are dark green, flat 'portholes', one on each side. There is a slight distinction between head and body.

DEX:
COLLOTH are known as the ferries
of the sky, because they are
able to carry several people
on their backs. They are highly
intelligent, and have an amazing
memory for landmarks and places.
Desc: A moth, with huge, almost square wings. It has brown fur and a light yellow underside, and bright green eyes like Colarva. Therer are patterns in the same green on its wings. Its antenna are a brighter, more red brown than the rest of it.
COLLAIL

Evolves from COLCOON at Lv. 35 if DEFENCE > SPEED
DEX:
COLLAIL's shell is completely
impregnable; they have been known
to survive direct bomb blasts.
They spend most of their time in
subterranean caverns, feeding by
licking algae off the walls.
Desc: A snail, dark brown, with a steely grey shell. On the shell, there are some intricate patterns in bright green. Likewise, the ends of the top two antenna are bright green. Its underside is light yellow, like Colloth.
