My first pokemon suggestion - any constructive feedback on how to make it best fit the PF world would be appreciated.
I would be especially titillated by feedback on stats and moveset in particular!

Name: Servarc = Serval (African wildcat) + Arc (like an arc of electricity)
Pokédex
Type: Tall Cat
Height:
2 feet 10 inches
Weight: 30 lbs.
Element
Type Electric/Dark
Description Servarc is based on the serval, so its
defining characteristics are its long legs, which are quite exaggerated. It has
a sort of long neck and a short tail. Its markings are also characteristic – it
has two straight black stripes on its tail, each of its limbs, its neck, and
the back of its ears, and then black ring-like spots on its main body. Also has
markings on its forehead similar to a tabby cat. Its ears are a little too big
for its head. It is very gangly.
Here's a rough sketch I drew:

(The legs could potentially be more exaggerated)

Pokédex
Type: Tall Cat
Height:
5 feet 3 inches
Weight: 65 lbs.
Element
Type Electric/Dark
Description Like Servarc but twice as big – still gangly and
lightweight for its size. The stripes on its limbs and neck have been replaced

the jaw/muzzle.
Another rough sketch:
