Is this a WIP? If so, you should probably have waited to actually post it until it was more complete. As it is:

- No reason to specifically state that it's "Pure" Ice-Type; just put "Ice" and we'll know there's nothing else in there.

- You should really streamline the way your suggestion looks-- right now, it's rather messy.

- Descriptions should probably be more than a size and a "style" ("Inuit" isn't really a style, but whatever).

- I don't think "Ickickle" is really doing well as far as names go (as it is, it would be pronounced "IK-ik-ul", so I suggest removing the "c" and making it "Ikickle" (EYE-kick-ul))

- Ickickle's first Dex violates a couple of unwritten laws pertaining to Dexes, mainly "Refer to the pokemon as 'It' in the Dex" and "Pokemon do not have set genders in a Dex". I've written a replacement:

While it is young, it is always getting into fights. It idolizes POKEMON like Sneasel for its speed.

- Ickickle's second Dex is 103 characters long. It also breaks the "No Set Gender" rule. Finally, the Dex seems to attribute legendary properties to Ickickle, which is unacceptable and quite silly. I offer the following as a replacement:

Its freezing power is often based on its mood. When angered or in danger, that power is released.

- Bosskimo's Dexes sound a tad odd, and the second one violates the "No Set Gender" rule, so I have prepared the two following replacements:

It has become strong after much training, and thus is a good teacher for fighting types.
While fighting, it uses powerful, icy punches in an attempt to incapacitate its opponents.
