Reason for Rejection:
This suggestion is complete, and complicated the Tentacool family too much. Its concept is too similar to Tentacruel. It could be reworked into a standalone pokémon.
There has been a sighting by a young boy of a what is assumed to be a new breed of Tentacool. The boy Wished to remain anonymous, but he described it as a tentacruel with a spikier lower shell and two front tentacles have two rings on them, which make them look like a lightningrod it has four other tentavles on each side that look normal. It has three red crystals (like tentacruel) however one is in a diamond shape. It has a small but thick beak attatched to the shell. Also has the same eyes as tentacruel. Outr top artists have come up with this from the boy's description:
We gave the spotter the privelage of naming what he saw, he decided to play with Man-O-War, and name it MANIWOR. Little is known about it still, but it has height of around 5' 06". More to come in following updates...
