Seeing how the breaking news have utterly struck down my first suggestion (Cybreno, Cybevertix and Cybenteine), I now have free room to suggest a new Pokemon. I hope this one is up to or even surpasses the standards the PF is looking for and I also hope everyone will also like this one:

Edit #2: Made up my mind and added Regenerator. And after careful consideration, changed its Primary Type to Magic, and with that change comes a bit of move editing

Name: ASCLEDRIUS (the Greek god or the rod, ASCLEpius + calaDRIUS, a mythological bird) (If anyone feels the name isn't really good, you can suggest other possible names)

I really like this suggestion. However, I would suggest making Illness Swap Psychic-type. Also, might I suggest having it learn Refresh at some point?

I like this Pokemon's design! Moppnteff is really good at drawing, that's for sure.

Anywho, is Illness Swap really necessary? It's exactly the same as Psycho Shift. Maybe you should give it that instead. EDIT: I need to work on my reading comprehension. D: It turns out that they are not the same. Sorry!

It would be fun if its rod of Aesculapius tail actually had a snake instead of just a stylified thing, but that might not work.

Otherwise this looks pretty good.

I don't like how it has Poison Heal. Considering the PF description, it just doesn't work. I suggest replacing it with Regenerator.

Besides that, there really isn't anything to say about it. It's a great, solid suggestion.

I had an idea that involved it evolving into a Pokemon based off of Hermes because his caduceus is a staff with two snakes on it, but that's about it. Just for the snakes on the staff.

Can't say I'm fond of the stats Unova, I mean it is a tiny bird rather than a Slaking-sized mass of fat. I'd suggest taking 60 points from HP and distributing it between special attack and speed, for rapid healing action!

Do you mean implies or applies in the description of Illness Swap? Love the picture and the concept by the way. You could perhaps make it Magic/Flying? Isn't there a move calling HealingSpell? Just an idea. I also disagree with Poison Heal, I think Healer should be one of its primary abilities. It is just so appropriate! The DW ability could be Regenerator if you agree with my previous statement. I LOVE how Illness Swap and Dex A indirectly reference the Green Mile. That movie is awesome.

Huh, I thought the speed was remedied by Trick Room.
(guess no one listened oh well lol)
Also I still believe that Resuscitate will work as a great move.

this design is awsome! I like the idea of a bird with those hospital crosses, the stethescope on its head (personal favorite) and that it has the name of the Greek god of healing! But I'm not so sure about the Poison Heal ability; either Regenerator or Healer would be a better choice. other than that, this is perfect!

I just realized that it learns only four damaging moves by level up. Even Chansey learns five.

You know that 450 is Chansey's stat total, right? Well if that HP is too high, then what about this:
HP: 120
A: 50
D: 90
SA: 40
SD: 100
SPD: 50
T: 450

Wow, I knew it was good but I never thought that good, I even surprise myself sometimes. Seeing how majority of you feel that Poison Heal is a bit farfetched, I'll remove it and keep Healer as its primary ability. Natural Cure I'm keeping as DW exclusive is due to the caladrius naturally being able to cure itself of illnesses by flying away, or in other cases, switching out: Healing itself by switching out doesn't seem right but if you all think Natural Cure should be one of its two primary abilities and Regenerator being DW exclusive then I'll make the change.

Hm, well, seeing how I am on a shortage of damaging moves, anyone want to suggest possible ones. The Magic/Flying-type combination I'll think about if many of the moves suggested are of the Magic-type. I'll also change Illness Swap to Magic-type.

@Rahjet: That stat distribution looks very good, so I'll make the change.
@poketamer: Refresh is learned at Lv 5, if you didn't notice.

After looking over its movelist, I checked to see how many damaging moves it learned and it learns five: Scratch, Peck, Aerial Ace, Brave Bird and Last Resort.

Still, other move suggestions I will take into consideration and I might fit them in if they fit the theme.

It is possible, but majority of the Pokemon that learn Mirror Shot have either a metal coating on their body or their body has a shiny surface. As I said, I will take it into consideration and if it doesn't seem right as a Level-up move, then probably as an MT (if Mirror Shot is an MT in Bombur) or an Egg Move.

There's a lot of good moves that would work for this suggestion, but it really seems to lean more towards the support or healer role. I think it's perfectly fine for it to not have many offensive moves.
