I am going to nitpick the heck out of this suggestion, but first I would like to say that this is an interesting idea and with some fixing I think it could be something nice.

The move list has a gaping lack of non-attacking moves. Add a bunch of those in. The moves it learns are also in a weird order, but I am sure somebody else will pick it apart and make it work, movelists are not my specialty.

The Dexes are both too short and the second one has spelling errors. They also don't really make sense. Why is it always locked up in a castle?

Pokemon tend not to have items like shields and swords that aren't part of their bodies.

hmm...a monkey knight...that I've never heard of. But first off, I would give this Pokemon some more Steel-type moves (maybe give it Iron Defense, or make up your own defensive move)

You forgot to include an HP for the stats. Also, Warrikey is kind of generically derived. What about Monknight (MONKey + KNIGHT)? or something like that. Also Wonder Guard shouldn't even be considered unless you are going to have the Shedinja handicap. On the whole though, the idea of a monkey knight appeals to my fancy.

I think you need to add a lot of non-attacking moves and lose the shield and sword unless you want it to be like part of its body... which also sounds cool.
