Looks good, but the dex is too short. Here's a proposed longer version:

DIPLOBY loves to be around young
children. It will often approach
children it sees playing nearby.

Also, we found several issues with the move list. Stomp is too strong a move to be learned so early; so is Bounce, but we believe that move doesn't belong on Diploby's move list at all. People underestimate how high one would have to be able to bounce in order to use this move; we're talking about being unreachable with most attacks for a turn, after all. Also, Iron Tail and Fissure could certainly be learnable by TM, but don't seem like moves a Diploby would develop on its own. This proposed move list fixes these issues:
