So many options. Off the top of my head I can think of:

OoT Forest Temple. I don't find it creepy at all, and love the flute.

Same game, Water Temple. Say what you will about the dungeon itself, but the background music is nice.

Still same game, Spirit Temple. The whatever it is that makes up a section of it really says desert.

FFX Seymour Omnis boss fight. Funny thing is, I don't have a single Final Fantasy game.

WW Puppet Ganon boss fight. At least the first form.

Always hotter than the competition. I got the award for Braving the Marquee of Doom!

Hm! There are so many songs that I like it's hard to choose which ones I enjoy the best, but...

Yaschas Massif -- Final Fantasy XIII
Vanille's Theme -- Final Fantasy XIII

Shotgun Kiss (Vegas Palace) -- F-Zero GX
Warehouse of Broken Dreams -- Pokemon Black/White
Dusk At The Excess Express -- Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
Storm The X-Naut Fortress -- Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
Memories -- Super Paper Mario
Mother?! -- Mother 3
Love Theme -- Mother 3

I think I like the songs from the Mother series the best, they're just... so emotional. It's actually the only game that has ever made me cry.

Do jingles count as music?
Well then.
Master Sword GET jingle from OoT.
Boss Defeat jingle from WW.
Orchestral hit when Link hits something from WW.

Also the Skyward Sword theme because it's actually !!! ZELDA'S LULLABY PLAYED BACKWARDS !!!

Pokémon Factory VIP

So I started playing Chrono Trigger, and I got to the first boss, and I found a song I have been seeking for a while that I heard in an IWBTG fangame. link

Also, if you are awesome, you found this song in Portal 2.

EDIT: You know, normally I hate Nyan Cat. Not really, it's more like a silly fear. But this is an exception.

Awesome, I love Philistine, and No More Heroes in general. On a related note, Jasper Batt Jr.'s themes. (I can't link to them, 'cause I am linking impaired.) Too bad they're the only redeeming thing about him...

I like a lot of the music from the Zelda games, especially Wind Waker. There are also a lot of tracks from Okami and Shadow of the Colossus I like, especially exploration and battle themes.
