I like the suggestion, but I think the dexes need a little work. On first glance though, that's my only problem.

If it gets its name from armor, shouldn't it be a Steel type?

I like these a lot! You haven't described honey lure though

also flar, it IS possible to have armor that isn't made out of metal you know.

(though the idea of metallic honey IS intriguing...)

Really, Flarsable...if anything, these should be Dark type, because they steal honey and even learn Thief.

Aren't these a little heavy for flying types of that size? The honey-armor is lightweight, so should the 2'11'' bird really weigh 57 lb? I like the concept, though. And welcome to PF! Should honey lure be Bug-type? Your move, your opinion it's just a thought. And as far as dexes go, Dex A on the evo needs redoing. I recommend "Due to being constantly followed by an entourage of Hexaves called an army, it is called the “general”." (103)

Pokémon Factory Worker

This is suggestion quite cool.

The signature move is really interesting. I think it would be better though (not to mention nicer to the honeybees of the world :P) if we changed the move Honey Lure to Bug-type. So we don't have any problems with STAB-- the damage could be typeless like the old versions of Future Sight/Doom Desire, which also makes sense since random wild pokemon would be attacking the target.

I was actually thinking for weights that you could go down to 21.2 lb for the first poke and 39.9 lb for the evo. Just my thoughts, and those are example weights. If you would like to take a gander at the PF bird pokemon to get your own feel for it go ahead. Or you still have the option to tune me out, it is your suggestion after all.

Seeing that this may probably have a high Defense stat, perhaps Big Pecks could be an alternate ability as well.

Well if we're talking abilities now, I'll throw in my two cents and say Weak Armor would be a great DW ability (making Big Pecks a secondary available ability) just for the contrast, just like with Vullaby and Mandibuzz.

I'd say both of them get Big Pecks for a secondary ability. Hexave would get Perfume as a Dream World ability, and Riformor would get Weak Armor.

That...makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Absolutely none. Why would it slather honey on itself to make honey armor if it is honey? Honey is also rather...soft if it does not dry, so then it wouldn't have its high Defense. It's armor would be equivalent to having a flap of flesh--with blood and nerve endings that allow it to feel pain--so you couldn't feel as much pain.

Also, crack open a grammar book. Nobody around here likes uncapitalized, non-punctuated sentences.
