D'aw I like this one ^u^
I'm not really in any postion right now to go into detail over this suggestion, but I can tell you right now that the moveset is much too long. Ohatari doesn't learn anything over 50, so Ohamimi shouldn't either.

I think you are right SCD, but I'm not really sure which moves to remove. Do I need to keep all of Ohatari's original moves, or can I remove some?

I generally dislike humanoid Pokémon species, such as Jynx and Gothitelle, (The episode The Screen Actor's Guilt redeemed Smoochum to me, however) and do not overly like this one. However, that is merely speaking with my humanoid-basis bias. I do admit that there is nothing really wrong with its design. It seems fine and feasible.

Well, we're trying to cut down on staff/suggestor interaction in the suggesting phase, by that meaning we need to 'suggest' ideas to the suggestor rather than tell them what to do (cause in the past people have only improved their suggestions when staff have basically commanded them to do so).

Ah, I see what you've done; in trying to make it as related to Ohatari as possible you've copied Ohatari's moveset and level-up scheme exactly, but added in powerful moves in Hex, Dark Pulse, Illusion and Pester. I suggest that you refer to Smoochum's moveset and compare it to Jynx's; not all of Jynx's moves are present in it's baby form, and likewise not all of Smoochum's moves carry over to Jynx. The same should apply to this line, along with the 'downgrading' of moves between the two (refer here to Smoochum getting sweet kiss instead of lovely kiss).

Okay! I'll sort that out now.

EDIT:
Hrm... I changed two of the moves, but the others I am really not sure of the others. Maybe Ohamimi should have Hex and Pester, whereas Ohatari should have Dark Pulse and Illusion?
Also, should I change the levels at which Ohamimi gains moves, eg. every 4 levels instead of every 5?

Possibly so tumbleweed. I'll add some of those moves to Ohatari's set on the backend, which'll boost it's last learned move up a few levels. Also every 4 levels for Ohamimi is good, brings it to within Togepi-like boundaries.

Very good! now onto the descriptions, I think that "and the like" isn't very good english for a dex entry. Would you be able to change that part?

Great! Glad to help! Maybe its just me, but I don't believe Pressure is necessarily befitting of this poke. I suggest Cute Charm or Ambush.

I only used Pressure as it was Ohatari's only ability, but I agree.

I also think it's a little pointless for Ohamimi to have Sweet Kiss and Confuse Ray, so I'm going to replace Confuse Ray with Copycat, which is a pretty standard move for baby pokemon like Riolu, Smoochum etc.

I don't know if this will get through the 4th generation lapse (the evos, pre-evos one) I certainly hope so becuase I I understood correctly, no preevos will be allowed for Gen 5.
And that would be a shame since I like your suggestion.
