I'm with Flars on this one: please, please... find a creature you want to do first, perhaps a living habit, a curiosity of one sort of another, from a real animal(wikipedia and similar sites are your friend). Find what makes the creature tick - where it lives, what it eats, how does it interact with its' own kind, these kinds of things. Find just why this is the creature you feel deserves a "pokémonification" (making words up is fun!). Make the creation tick, breathe the "life" into it by probing the depths of, well, what is actually IS. In this case, I'd find a snake species and expand based on that particular species' quirks. There are a LOT of snake species, just sticking a general "well its' a snake with these dabbed-on parts" feels iffy. Find the life of the critter, figure out just what it is.

...I just may have gone a bit poetic there. Heh.

While they are not necessary by any means, this kind of thinking really helps to flesh out the idea from just "Wind/Fire snake."

Let's put it this way: the "feel"(and originality) of the pokemon suggested is leaps and bounds more important than any stats, moves or abilities. At least in my opinion, trying to find just that right "vibe" for the creature is the most rewarding part of creating anything like this.

That out of the way, here's some actual critiques in the "non-important" moves, stats & such things:

There is not really much need to list the moves' types in the move list - it kind of makes it bit too cluttered, and most moves' types can be told from the name anyway(we're all pokemon fans here, after all).

The moveset seems to be rather short on non-offensive moves - here's few up for grabs: Agility, Baton Pass, Coil, Detect, Endure, Glare, Scary Face, Screech, Stockpile/Swallow/Spit Up.

Hard to give much more before I actually can tell just what kind of snake this is.
