in both of the dexes of your suggestion they refer to the other. could you possibly try and change them to where they don't have the same thing in the dexes.

I think the other dex. The individual pokemon have very different dex ideas, but similar dexes within them. Also, maybe a design change to a clown. Clowns can be considered laughing and psychotic

the other dex. Oh, and one more thing. the dexes need to be somewhere between 75 to 101 characters, but not over 101. (letters, punctuation, and spaces are included.)

@Therislash: I'm sure most people wouldn't want another clown pokemon. (Mr. Mime)

Mr. Mime is a mime, and so I think another is fine. There are plenty of repetitive pokemon. I forgot about Mr. Mime, though...

I really like this suggestion, it's very good for a first. My only question is why they don't learn Madness. It's practically a must for them. I would also suggest Cackle and possibly Heartchange, the latter for Psychodus.

To me, this seems like the kind of mainstream, early game pokemon that doesn't have any extraordinary abilities or moves, no new moves, or nothing to make it out of the ordinary. That's one of the reasons I like this so much. With all the dragons and prevos and alt evos, it's nice to have something like this every once in a while. Keep it up!

@ Void: I completely agree with you on Madness and Cackle. I added them into the movesets. But Heartchange is sort of a legendary exclusive, right? Only Drakoniric can learn it. Anaways, thanks for the help!

Bravo, Tiger Balloon! A thorough and organized suggestion is a great omen to start your suggestion career. I love the crazy pokes, e.g. Gengar (my favorite actually!). So this appeals to my fancy and even reminds me somewhat of a yet-to-be-suggested line of mine about crazy bugs. One of them even has a straitjacket-esque skin pattern, what a coinicidence! XD I hope to see more good ideas in the near future.

Actually, no. It was sugegsted when you could do moves by themselves. It wasn't added to any suggestions, so it was only when Dakoniric came a long that anyone could actually learn it. There's even a topic dedicated to moves that no one learns. The fact I managed to use the title exactly is only coincidence.
