They're not "dragons with powers" they are based on two legendary dragons in a japanese legend which names I can´t remember as of now, but it was a battle for the Heilong river. They also have yin and yang attributes and share so many traits with Greygnarl and Barbarus from Dragon Quest X. But even in those terms, Reshiram and Zekrom's designs are more creative.

How many times does ShadowX have to say this, they are not legendary! Get over it. They are a trio of non-evolving Pokemon; imagine these things as powered down versions of the Tao Trio (Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem) with Rotom Normal Form's Base Stats.
