If you have to spell out that a suggestion is not a legend, then it very obviously is. No amount of stat changes will make the original concept approvable.
These suggestions are overpowered, unbalanced, and they do not meet the standards required of a Dragon-type.
Additionally, requesting "no hard comments" is not a good idea - if a suggestion is good, it can stand up to critique.

shaped and has 45 sharp teeth, the colour is grey for the head. It has 2 arms and 2 legs
there colour are pink they are thick in the arms but in-between thick and thin
for the legs. The eyes are coloured yellow and is black in the centre.
The tail is 3 meters long and the top of the tail is pink and the bottom is white
and also has a giant sharp spike on the end of the tail. Its foot is 0.5 meters long and the foot is also
dragon like.

Description: Its head is dragon like, the colour is grey and

and three spikes at the bottom of the head. It is in-between thin and thick for
the arms and a bit thin for the legs the colour of the legs are red and the arm
is coloured orange and is covered with blue feathers but the legs are not, it has 2 legs and 2 arms. The
wings are dragon like but is covered in red feathers and has tiny spikes along
the side of the wings, the colour of the wings are green. The tail is 3 meters
long and there are no feathers on it. Eyes are coloured black and yellow in the
middle. The foot is dragon like but more thin and the colour is green. It has
55 small teeth but very sharp.
