I would ask if everyone would choose both, but no one would use it competitively (it has to be weaker than Luvdisc to evolve into it, and Luvdisc sucks) so it doesn't matter.

First I would like to say that Luvdisc is clearly the best pokemon ever an you are all fools for not understanding that. FOOLZ!

I agree with FoW that there really isn't much of a reason to have this pokemon. The two pokemon are close enough that they don't need a prevo to link them. There is very little difference between the two so it would be hard to figure out which one the prevo evolves into.

Is it just me, or does this have two methods for evolving (into each evolution, that is, so technically, four)?

It can evolve into Luvdisc if it has Swift Swim OR if it learns Agility (and Aqua Jet, but only if it also learned Agility); on the other hand, it can evolve into Alomomola if it has Hydration OR if it learns Aqua Jet (or if it doesn't learn either).

That seems more than a little convoluted to me.
