Are we able to find and catch Fifth Generation Pokemon in the RPG now or after the switch to the fifth generation? I would like the staff to answer the question, but other members can reply.

...Well that was a bloody shambles.

Now then Mr. Star, At the moment 5th-generation Pokemon cannot be found in the wild, due to some blarney about Bombur being too far away from Unova for Schimre to bother making the trip, IIRC. Complete tosh in my opinion, but there's nowt to be done about it right now.
This does not, however, prevent you from THINKING them into existence! Players who reach the top of the Dream Tower will be able to acquire a single gen5 pokemon per game day (though I'd imagine that youd spend a whole day in-game doing that, to discourage abuse of the service) through some sort of crazy text-based analogue of the Dream World mechanic.
I'd wait for some more opinions on the matter though, a good 40% of what I just said is half-remembered drivel, most likely!

Oh, that's a shame, and the Dream Tower is so far away... Oh well, it can't be helped. Thanks for answering my year-long question, it's much appreciated ^-^ .

It's our fault for shying away from these topics, due to seeing petty squabbling of the sort I just scrapped, and then leaving and hoping it goes away on it's own. ; 3;
