On entering the right path, you are set upon by a foul stench that can only be called the "funk of forty-thousand years"-- even plugging your nose with spare bits of cloth from Nomemoir's lair only slightly eases the burn of the stink against your senses. Your eyes water slightly, and Siren is visibly displeased. As you walk down the hall, you see places where a strange, purple good has taken up residence on the walls. You think it best not to touch it.

Once you finally get to the room at the end of the corridor, you see that it has holes bored into the very stone, with mounds of the purplish goo scattered about the room. When you see a large bone sticking out of one of the goo mounds, it dawns on you-- to your horror and revulsion, the mounds of purple goo are rotten flesh.

A hissing noise echoes from the holes dug throughout the room. A pair of venomous eyes glare at you and Siren, though moreso at you. For a moment, the world seems to turn on its axis, then slow down. However, the eyes become incredibly fast, darting about on the edge of the light afforded by Siren's Flash, and then disappear. Listening for the slightest noise that might give it away, you swing around and jump back in time for the claw of the Pokemon to miss you. It quickly retreats into the shadows again. Whatever is here is dangerous, and it is out for your blood. Prof. Banyan turns to you.

"We're in a Trick Room!" he cries. "Quickly, you must send out your slowest Pokemon to combat this fiend!"

But which one could be both slow enough to use the Room and tough enough to beat this thing?
