SLOT 1: TOUCRISMA (Shine Saber, Brave Bird, Luster Flash, Power Gem)
SLOT 2: SCRAFTY (Headbutt, Zen Headbutt, Head Smash, Focus Punch)
SLOT 3: BIBAREL (Strength, Rock Smash, Surf, Dive)
SLOT 4: DRAGONITE (Outrage, Fly [I made an executive decision], Earthquake [Can it even learn that??], Iron Tail)
SLOT 5: GENGAR (Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Destiny Bond, Ice Beam)
SLOT 6: GALVANTULA (Electro Web, Lightning Ball, Energy Ball, Bug Buzz)

A team I would probably end up using... except for Bibarel... Anyways, sorry for the delay, now it is on with the SHOW!

Running a finger over the smooth surfaces of each of your Pokeballs, you call out your team one at a time. Each Pokemon looks eager to help you out, and you flash them a thankful smile before ordering them to use different attacks on the various plaques. As their attacks strike the polished plates of metal, the glow as though heated in a forge. As the last one is struck, each one disappears, and you can see that each was hiding a small compartment. Inside, you see-- "Oh my!" cries Prof. Banyan, "Those... those are Cherish Balls! Now what are things like that doing sealed inside ancient statues?" You begin to wonder the same thing , when suddenly you hear a mighty heaving noise accompanied by the sound of stone scraping against stone. You look back to see that the altar is shifting backwards, revealing a secret passage underneath. You abandon the statues for now to investigate. At the bottom of the stairs leading down is a door--it too has writing on it.

Against the evil Dragon God
And the terror from the deep
You stand no chance of winning
So bow your head and weep.
Before you now stands the door
And beyond, a world of pain
So take you now a Guardian
Whose statue you have slain.
Continue on at your own risk

You return to the ground floor and begin to consider the statues again. Which ones, if any, should be taken down into the catacombs? "Don't worry," says Prof. Banyan, "I'll hold whatever Pokemon you choose not to take with you."

So, who are we switching out, if anyone at all?
