Well, with a few major edits, this could work.
I mean, a flying mechanical bird? I doubt Capcom purchased the rights for that. Sure, it's easier to build off of what others have made, but we can build something new. Something marvelous. Something like what Hephaestus makes in the Greek legends. Sure, it's going to be hard. We'll encounter difficulties and problems. Math won't match up, supplies will be short. But in the end, we should remember that we have each other. And that is what is important. Is this impossible? Pah! Zach, a wizard knows no such word!

What I meant to say is that this can work if the concept is changed a bit.

I suppose so. I'm sure Capcom isn't actually going to bother suing a small website about making up Pokemon, I mean, if anyone was going to sue PF it would be Nintendo. It just seems a bit dodgy copying copyrighted characters to me.

When I first came up of the idea, I was unaware of Capcom's right to Ter(RA)Condor.

To clear things up...

We now know TerraCondor is real. And the Community Works...well, that was a mistake. I had thought that you send your idea to the Community Works once your idea is praised in the Suggest a Pokemon area.

Then why is your concept art of Tercondor the exact same concept art as for Terra Condor? I'm sorry, but this seems directly plagiarized to me. While a mechanical rocket bird is a cool idea, this is obviously taken.

Yes, this isn't going to work; this is a form of plagiarism. JDLJDL is right - Capcom has no rights on every flying mechanical bird - but starting out with a brand new idea is better than starting with a picture from the existing TerraCondor.

I'm going to close this. If you come up with a fresh idea, you can create a new topic for it.
