Anthony wandered deeper into the dark woods. Suddenly, he could hear cackling and there were glowing lights all around him. Was it a Plumpkin? Or possibly a Litwick or Chandelure? But wait, those other cackling creatures weren't lit up, they were fluttering and floating above him... Something was wrong.
"Myrath, Tyrantorch, let's go!" The two Pokemon burst out in bright white light, and in the glow, Anthony spotted a strange, raggedly umbrella like Pokemon with a long arrow-tipped tail/tongue instead of a handle floating above him. It's glowing yellow eyes and toothed wings were frightening, and it shrieked at him. Nearby was a mouthed one-eyed paper lantern, cackling madly at the boy. It's eerie glow and wide smile sent the boy stumbling back. Tyrantorch roared in fury and sent sparks and flames at the onslaught of these Pokemon, as they seemingly multiplied. The darkness began to grow blacker and blacker, and slowly the world around Anthony disappeared, and the only thing he could see were the glowing eyes and mad screaming cries. Anthony yelled and kicked, but everything had gone black. No one ever heard from him again. All that was left was his pokedex, left with the record video function "on".
Weeks later, the Pokemon Factory Rescue team has taken over the case, as police efforts have failed. You are a detective on the scene. You have the tools, the training and the resources to find out what happened to the boy. You also have several eyewitness accounts on other encounters of these mysterious creatures. You also have excelling biologist "Searcher" Noihara, who has stated nothing like these Pokemon has been seen before. It looks as though you'll have to not only solve the case of the missing people but also create a complete analysis on these new Pokemon. Good luck.
