For some reason, Windows updated on my BRAND NEW LAPTOP and disabled my TOUCHPAD OMGZARS! >_> I officially hate every little fabric that makes up my life. I'm trying to be as cheerful as possible about this, but I've had a miserable time last few months. Well... Most of my life, but... Well anyway...
Info:
I'm now running the following.
I'm now running the following.
Toshiba Satellite Pro L670-EZ1712
Windows 7 Professional
Mouse/Touchpad Driver(s):
Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad (what stopped working)
Wacom Mouse (I don't use this - it comes with my intuos4 wacom board and hasn't interfered with my touchpad before)
HID-compliant mouse (A USB mouse I salvaged up so I can log into my computer after this ordeal >>)

I spent all last night working on it. I've tried system restores, reinstallation of the drivers, updates, new touch pad drivers, etc. I can't seem to find out how to make this work. I'll call tech-support sometime soon as well, but quite frankly, looking at their help forum, they don't know what they're doing either. Anyway, if any of you think of anything, have had this problem before, or whatever, tell me. I really don't wanna take this laptop in for replacement. I only just got it all set up Wednesday, and I only got it a week and a half ago...
