Nothing severely wrong with this one... but it's not gonna be approved. This is simply because 1) Pokemon has Dusknoir, 2) Just a plain old reaper is simply too simple and needs some defining characteristics, and 3) please use this as your template:

Name: (10 characters)
Classification: (11 characters) Pokemon
Type: (element - such as Water, Fire and Grass)
HT: (In feet and inches)
WT: (In lbs.)
Description: (Be descriptive, creative and unusual - example pictures are nice too)
Pokedex Entries:
-Dex A: (90-100 characters - be creative and unusual)
-Dex B: (90-100 characters - make this information different then Dex A)
Ability: (Both PF and Nintendo have a wide variety of Abilities, choose what matches and ask for help if you need to choose)
Evolution: (Does this Pokemon evolve? When and how? Level, stones?)
Moveset:

--- (default move - typically up to 4 but sometimes 6 default moves can be learned. Usually, these are weak moves a Pokemon starts with)
lvl (Leveled moves. These are learned at set levels. eg, lvl 10, the Pokemon might learn Harden. These progressively get stronger or more useful. Ask for help if you're not sure)

Stats: (Base Stats. These are averages of a species stats. If you need advice, you can always ask. No godmodding or overpowering a Pokemon.)
HP (Health Points)
ATK (Attack)
DEF (Defense)
SAT (Special Attack)
SDF (Special Defence)
SPD (Speed)
