Really interesting generation, isn't it? A lot of divided opinions about the Pokemon. In the past, generations looked like they belonged together. This generation, they seem like they are from different worlds. :O Must be because Sugimori didn't design all of them this time.

Oh, Timburr is the first one, the one with Wynaut hair, not the beefy rumple-headed clown. I also confused Purrloin with Liepard. Still....I prefer not to confuse things and keep my vote as it is.

Actually, I like Timburr. (I like your drawing of it too.) I just dislike its clown-y evolution, which looks silly. I chose Purrloin because Liepard, as a cat (and incidentally, a GIANT PURPLE CAT*) appeals to me.
(I hope one of you understands the reference. It cannot be that obscure.)

....I am not sure if you are trying to identify "Giant Purple Cat" or vote for Purrloin. (In case you are wondering, I am referring to the character Odd from the show Code Lyoko.)
I liked Antarctros's drawing of Timburr so much I decided to restore it, adding color and shading. Whenever I draw a Pokémon in such detail, I gain a respect for it, even if the Pokémon was not one I particularly liked before. Antarctros, your trap was set, and it caught its prey.
Forgive me, my Purrloin compatriots. The side of evil Timburr disciples beckons.

I considered inking the outlines and coloring the picture myself, but I just didn't have time (and to be honest, it wouldn't have been the same anyway, as I'm not able to add any shading whatsoever, I'm useless at that). Now, I don't like to think that I biased this round with my picture, so here's a quick sketch of Purrloin to compensate. I'm not too happy with the proportions, but... hey, wait! You planned for this to happen, didn't you? It was I who fell in your trap! You got me to sketch Purrloin... nice move ;P

BTW, I confused Purrloin with Liepard while voting as well; I happen to like the pre-evo much more. That doesn't change my decision, but it does make it a tougher choice.

Oh, and I'd never have guessed Code Lyoko... but cool nonetheless. I liked that show, the theme music in particular.
