Claydols sort of hard to fit in a suitcase so I vote Timburr. His name reminds me of Tim Burton.

I would choose Machop over Timburr any day, but with Machop not being here, I vote for Timburr. Claydol is one funky, incomprehensible and thus unlikeable (to myself, anyway) Pokémon, while I have grown fond of Timburr through my experience in coloring and shading Antarctros's sketch of one.

When it comes to Timburr, I continue to be a hater who's gonna hate...but it's still better than Claydol, who for some reason just utterly fails to make an impression on me. I vote Timburr.

Maybe it's my old v. new Pokemon prejudice, but Timburr just doesn't seem like a very interesting Pokemon to me. Also, who doesn't love laser-shooting pottery. My vote goes to Claydol.

My vote goes to Timburr as well. I love three-stage lines, especially if there's a clear pattern of evolution. Timburr's line pulls that off brilliantly.

However, Claydol managed to win this neck-to-neck race with 9 to 7 votes and advances to the final!

The second semi-final is one between a large crocodile and a small lizard. The ferocious Feraligatr won against fellow starter Sceptile, and had some trouble when facing off against Mareep. Still, it won twice, despite type disadvantages. It now faces off against a pokémon with baggy pants. Scraggy pulverized Nidoran f and managed to beat Golbat too. How will it fare against Feraligatr?
