How's this for the dexes instead?

It lives within a lightning bolt, so cold it freezes anything it strikes.
Whenever it wants, it can become it's own home at freewill. (?) Could you please explain what did you try to say here?

Also I don't get it, is the bolt part of his body? Or energy he's discharging?

This is a pretty cool suggestion, but there are a few things: I don't quite see how it's able to use Thunder Fang, seeing as it's a lightning bolt. Also, No Eggs is reserved for Pokemon that can't breed at all, namely baby Pokemon, legendaries, and Unown. Even genderless Pokemon have an egg group. For this, might I suggest Mineral?

@jdljdl well, you don't see many orange, superpowerful Barney dragons (dragonite) all the time in real life, so apparently physics is not applicable in pokemon

I think dragonites tiny wings defy physics but thats beside the point. better examples than dragonite are koffing or carnevine. they just kind of float around. I don't think it really matters whether a cloud could really have icicles hanging off or the fact that lightning bolts heat things up.

Koffing is not a good example because gases are lighter than air and should not be falling to the ground. It does matter. Also, it's not just that lightning bolts heat things up, it's that they are tons of electrons jumping to the ground and thus cannot exist for more than a split second. Genius idea! Have some quality in the ice that makes it repel electrons so that they're always jumping around inside and out. But I'm not sure how it's physically possible, or how you can make a Pokemon out of it. Then again, we have a snowflake Pokemon...

I think is has been long established that the Pokémon franchise runs on Art Major Physics.
But really, what is it with some of you that endlessly tries to explain everything in pokemon with hard science? It's set in a fantasy world with its own set of rules. There are really obvious parallels with the real world of course, but explain that to the completely mobile plants and levitating stuff that aren't supposed to levitate.[/rant]

Has anyone else noticed that its classification is too long. FROZEN LIGHTNING is 16 characters.

My younger brother suggested FROZEN BOLT (11 characters) as a classification.
