This has potential! However, I would suggest having it look different for a female. I mean it would add some variety to this plus there's not many Pokemon with gender differences, well, overtly noticeable ones, here at PF.

So, I dolled up a moveset for ya.

Moves:
1 Whirlpool
6 Curse
10 Cheer Up
17 Vicious Suck
23 Shadow Punch
30 Aqua Ring
35 Spindrift
41 Peril Tomb
46 Doom Crux
52 Hydro Pump
56 Destiny Bond

Does this look acceptable?

@Chimera- Thanks for the moveset! As for gender differences, I'll probably need some help. Whirlraith isn't the most detailed Pokemon, so it'll be a bit difficult.
@sovereign- The moveset's awesome, but the intervals are a bit weird. Also, why's Shadow Claw in there?

Isn't Vicious Suck where you suck the foe's life through water, not creating a strong whirlpool?

@Flarsable- It doesn't say whether or not Vicious Suck is a whirlpool or not, but I'm keeping it on just the same. Even if it is sucking life, it fits the Ghost part.

If it is a Ghost-Type and it has hands, then why doesn't it make sense for it to learn Shadow Claw. Also, what about the intervals is "weird"?

@sovereign- Well, the hands are more blocky, and not really claws. It's sort of like scratching something with the flat side of a brick. As for the increments, it goes: 6, 4, 3, 4, 2, 4, 3, 4, 3, 2, 4, 2, 6, 6, 4, 10. I'm not seeing a pattern there.

On the contrary, there is. This isn't that obvious with earlier generations, as there have been numerous changes implemented through the games. Usually, it goes: A B A B... or A A A A.... etc. There have been more 'exotic' ones, but most—if not all—level-up move levels follow some sort of pattern.

I don't do patterns, really, I just go with whatever. Nothing too close or too far.

@Xero-yes thats were i go t it from but i added a little more ditale instead of just a bunch of cinder blocks put toughter and i made it taller i also changed its color from grey to a bluish grey
