Alright, I'll bite.

I have at least six songs rolling around in my head that I want to put on the web. However, I have no experience in music whatsoever. Does anyone know of a program that is easy to master, has a massive variety of sounds I can use for my songs, and has a tutorial that shows me what anything is? The last program I tried to download had tutorials, but didn't tell me what anything is, where it is, or how to use it.

Yeh. It's called "Magicsound". Automatically reads your mind, and downloads the tunes onto the computer. Then, it asks you for what instruments you would like to use, and they send the data to an orchestra and play it for you What do you think?
My personal favorite is GarageBand. But then you have to be on a Mac.
And then there's Audacity, Soundbooth. First, you have to play your song on an instrument, preferably a piano. Then, record the notes you play. Buy an electric keyboard and cables to connect w/ the computer. Learn how to use the program/keyboard, and the final step is upload the song to the computer. The final step. You're still a long way to go, buddy.

Pokémon Factory VIP

I've used a few on Mac and PC, and Garageband is definitely the easiest one to start with, by far. Plus, when you're ready, you can move straight up to Logic with a smooth transition.
Otherwise on PC, Fruity Loops is quite good, but might be confusing to start with.

Digital DJ Pro is hard to even figure out how to do ANYTHING, such as make a simple beat. I don't have a Mac, so I can't do Garageband, even though it looks great. Fruity Loops was taking twice as much as forever to download, so I just quit with that.

My head hurts and I'm about to cry, but I made a totally sick beat. I made it with the FL Studio 9 Demo with a production loophole provided by Audacity.
