So, hi, I'm the Chimera Virus (Chimera, CV, or James will do nicely) and I've been a fan of PF for a long while since I noticed your stuff in the fakes section of Serebii.net. I have a proposition for you today, in my first post, to help alleviate some issues regarding the rare Ice and Electric types.

DISREGARD ABOVE POKEDEXES. "FINAL" VERSIONS BELOW.
Dex 1: These electric Pokemon are detained in ice. They can release charges when threatened.
Dex 2: Lives up in the mountains, evading human contact. Often seen thrashing, as if to try and break open.
Possible Dex 3: Legend has it that it was trapped in ice by an awfully powerful Magic-type Pokemon. It resents this.
Shiny Coloration: Spark becomes blue. Ice becomes grey-ish.
