Suggestions Board Manager

It's a problem with the coding; it can't handle moves with an & in their name (or, for that matter, anything else with an &, so if we hadn't had our RSE-gen data nuked in the May Hack, the pokémon Igg&Scragg would be giving us the same trouble now.) The site is trying to pull up data for a move named Pins, and there isn't one. I'll see what can be done to fix this.

Pory got me to fix it; it was quite an interesting problem. I've applied the same thing to the Superdex, for cases like Igg&Scragg, too.

Igg&Scragg was/were an awesome Pokémon. I'd love to see it remade but we lost all of its info. It really is a fanfavorite of the entire board (back when it was suggested), so Antarctros is right in that there is indeed a chance. Indeed: we'll see.

It was a pair of creatures, one large and strong but dim-witted and another one that was exactly the opposite. While separate beings, they both had such a strong symbiosis that they couldn't function without each other, to a point in which they counted as a single pokémon in battle.

EDIT: looking at the only data that is left, the pokémon could be found separately, but they later "fused" into one as described above. Igg was Normal-type, Scragg Fighting-type, and Igg&Scragg was Normal/Fighting.

Igg probably should've been Psychic type because Psychic types are known for intelligence and Igg isn't very normal.

The special thing about Igg&Scragg is that it usually is a single pokémon, but if it's at the top of your party when you enter a double battle you'll send out Igg and Scragg separately to fill both spaces. Igg and Scragg each have a Special Ability that makes them nigh-useless if they're in a battle without their partner; IIRC, the big dumb one would permanently have SLP status if alone, and the small clever one would permanently have CNF status if alone.

Looking over the topic... What was the final data for it, anyway? And FA#448-450? It's 2 Pokemon counting as three? And the FA archive only goes up to 250, Genimp. I'm so confused!

A bunch of pokemon were approved a long time ago for FA when we were still on EZboards. THen this thing called the May Hack happened and all EZboards data was lost, including countless suggestions.

It would probably apply to some effects from Gorgore, seeing as it's based off a gorgon and all. Just a guess.

There are some Rock-type moves that cause Stone status. Like Freeze, it prevents you from using any moves. If a Fighting-type move is used on you, though, it shatters the stone and cures the status (just like how a Fire-type move can cure Freeze on the target.) Despite these similarities, though, an Ice Heal item or Aspear Berry won't cure Stone. You'd need a Full Heal (or any of the food items that act like Full Heals), a Full Restore or a trip to the Pokémon Center.
