How do these look for move sets?

Also, though about it, and the first one seems to scream INTIMIDATE for an ability. As for the other one, I thought it shared some cool similarities with Shedinja and so maybe it could have the WONDER GUARD ability. As for Dream World... maybe RIVALRY and SUPER LUCK respectively?

Now that I think about it, the concept looks kind of... messily put together. Maybe we should tone down the draconic characteristics and make it more "angelic". And by angelic I'm not referring to those sissy "modern" angels that look like winged humans with harps and halos. What would be awesome is making them the powerful, morally ambiguous eldritch abominations* as they were originally described. (Even though now they kind of are classic angels already)
Would that work for you?

I'd have to agree with Cacapulse in that the designs don't really gel as evolutionary relatives, either one is too humanoid or the other is too reptilian.

Okay then, you need to make the head less reptilian, more human-shaped, like the evo's is. Since the evo has an inkblot for a face, I think it'd be appropriate for the prevo to have eyes with a similar pattern around them, losing the eyes on evolution (like it already does really).

If you need a name for the first evolved form (quote, "One-Winged Raptor), why not Sepiraptor (SEPIRoth+RAPTOR)?
note: the name may be a bit too long, but I really like the desgin for these Pokemon. Though the second one creaps me out a little...

If the first design for Rorceraph's prevo didn't scare you, then PREPARE YOUR BLADDER FOR IMMINENT RELEASE!

I think it would be nice if these things looked scary but acted very shyly, because they grow up in constant fear of their nasty evolution.

Well it was nothing really, I just "cleaned up" your own sketches. Your sketches really had a lot of potential I just gave them a little "push." Oh and I don't think you're in Paradise if your seeing these guys

You mean, you already did? Because really, you could do that. I'm not sure how they'd feel about being a sketch on paper (as opposed to CGA (computer graphic art, I think), but the quality is godlike.
