ok, i have a name meaning,

Liviaru= (LIVIng + fengARi (greek for moon) + creatUre)

Thanx to The Sawyer Generation for the idea!!!

i added a new attack: wolf fang. i wanted to make a wolfish attack other than howl. hope it's good!

What is the necessity of Wolf Fang? I'm sorry but I honestly don't see it, being that there are already multiple fang attacks and that it fails to truly differentiate itself from Crunch. Sorry, no offense is intended; I just think it was perfectly okay without the new attack is all.

Get rid of other moves. Also, having moves at the tenth level every ten levels is not a good idea - it makes it look forced.

ok, i realized that the name meaning does not match the pronunciation, so i changed it to this: Liviaru= (LIVIng + fengARi (greek for moon) + U as in Moon with the "oo"'s being a u)

The only issue I see is that the second dex is too short by quite a lot. To keep the original intent (and spice it up), how about:
The positive emotions this pokemon feels during the full moon make it howl joyously with its pack. (98)
