 This legend was revealed in Pokemon Black and White. So far, it is the only PURE flying type pokemon, legendary or not. Interestingly, it says in many of it's dexes about it's wind powers, suggesting a wind-type change. However, according to PF standards, legends will not have a type change. But also, the PF standards are NO pure flying types. What do we do?
