Sorry this info is so late, I ended up observing them more than I had initially planned. From what I can tell, their ability seems to be Frisk. They may also learn Trapdoor and War March.

I have recently been visiting the village regularly. At the village, I observed some of Shaman's apprentices practicing, and noticed that one of the more advanced students was using a move I was unfamiliar with. I studied the student as he was perfecting it, and this is all the data I could glean from it:

DIVINEPOWER
Magic-Type
15 pp
Divine power granted by random deity.
10% Foe PAR
15% Foe Confuse
20% Damage Foe (Acc 100, Power 75)
15% Damage Foe (Acc 50, Power 150)
15% Random Single Stat Boost
10% Foe Poison
5% Foe 1HKO (Acc 30, Power --)
10% Foe Sleep

I could have just mistaken a few other moves for this, but I don't think I did. (Do you think it's too complex?)

The OKHO should have 30% accuracy, and the move needs some PP. Other than that, using prayers as a move is a good idea. But it should be Psychic or Normal type since praying isn't magical.

@Flarsable: You're right on the OHKO accuracy, that was a typographical error on my part. As for the type, it is Magic because it is calling on divine and supernatural forces, not the user's mind. How many PP should it have?

In total, 18 moves. I removed Bonemerang and Bone Club so they stay as the Cubone line's signature moves. Put in some moves suggested by previous posts. I removed Endure (isn't that a TM anyway? Not a big loss, then.) and replaced it with Numen. It fits the whole "shaman" idea. Also, for those who challenge that they are too close together or that there are too many moves, let me point out that early tribal cultures are always quickly learning new things.

Also, may I suggest Belch as an egg move?

@The Chimera Virus: Hey, I think that could be a good working moveset. I suppose removing Bone Club and Bonemarang makes sense, though. I'll add it to our composite.

Dex 1 is too long. The character limit is 100 characters. I offer instead: It lives in a tribal society with elders elected based on past achievements in various fields. (94)

I think it might be too human... Would it be possible to give them a tail of some kind?

Alright. We'll use that Dex, but why would they need a tail? They are already anatomically dissimilar enough to humans, as far as I can tell.
