Anyway, regarding the suggestion I'd say it's definitely not bad for a first try. The dexes are indeed contradictory so one of them will need to be changed; they could also use being a little longer. As for Flamethrower, I think Skuntank can learn it naturally because its stinky fluid is inflammable, and well... it's a reference to, you know... flatulence and fire... yeah. I'm afraid I agree with Coolsteph, the move doesn't seem justified in this case. While I'm at it, the same goes for Magnitude and Earthquake, only pokémon that are part Ground-type (or in Tyranitar's case, have a Ground-type pre-evolution) learn them naturally. You may want to put Double-Edge a little higher on the list as well, it's a powerful move. As a reference, the pokémon that learn it sooner as of D/P are Bulbasaur and Marril at level 27.
