Prologue
In an uncharted island off the coast of Auran lies a top-secret laboratory. This lab is being used by the evil Team Armageddon to succeed in a project that the pathetic Team Rocket failed in: constructing the perfect Mew clone. "Operation: Mewtwo's Revenge". Because "Operation: Mewtwo II" would sound quite weird.

The purpose of this sub-operation was to ensure the safety of the so far completely successful "Operation: Judgement Day" by creating the ultimate weapon. The plan was: do exactly the same thing Team Rocket did, build him the exact some way with the exact same personality, but cover up the plan's only flaw: defense in case the experiment went rogue. Upon the experiment's completion and release, call several strong Pokemon to the scene to defend and apprehend.

But not even that would stop it. The devastation that would ensue would be indescribable.

Thievil Town, a town of crime and outlaws. Kevin, one of the few "good" dark type trainers, is in his room playing solitaire with himself in his room. His Boltweiler, Zeus, was laying beside him. "Zeus, I wish this place was more peaceful," Kevin told Zeus as he was petting him, "Crime has been much more recurrent these days than usual. I wonder why."

"Ice Punch!" a Trainer calls from behind a small ice mass. Suddenly, the object shatters and in its place is a massive snow pile with bulky fists. "Clashier!" he says in a tough voice. He flexes, and the Trainer looks impressed. "Great job. Now, show it to Roksicle." The Iceberg Pokemon turns toward a small rock attached to an icicle by more ice. He charges towards the rock with an icy fist and slams her hard. The Pokemon, however, braced for this attack with a strong Defense Curl, and it took little damage. A circular snowy owl then perhces on the icicle and chirps. "Tuckered out Snowl?" the Trainer asks politely.

Ashley van der Blaze snuggled up against her Blaziken, wrapping an arm around his waist as if he were an oversized Teddiursa toy. Her Blaziken, Teen, did not seem to mind, and he seemed mostly asleep anyway. His feathers smelled of warm rice...

"We have reached our destination!" an announcement sounded, jarring Ashley from her sleepiness. She rose from the bed, stretching, and put on her shoes, as Teen woke without preamble and leaped towards the door, leaning a little to avoid bumping his head on the ceiling.

The docks at night were quiet and beautiful, although Ashley would have preferred a landscape over a seascape anytime. She disembarked the ship and headed towards the lights of the nearest town.

A person in a dark robe slid through the roads of Darkomet City, and disappeared behind the ancient mansion. Floating behind him were a pair of hands and a small skull-like Pokemon, and a purplish creature slithered on the ground beneath them. When he was out of sight of the rest of the city, he took off his hood. Aethre Specter almost blended in with the seemingly natural darkness of Darkomet City, but his favorite robe made sure no one knew his identity.

Duskull appeared in front of Aethre's head, and bobbed up and down. It was a signal Aethre had taught him, meaning that the roads had cleared out again. Nodding, Aethre pulled his hood back over his head and left the cover of the mansion, heading towards the center of town.

High above the mechanical skyscrapers of Mecheight, a rather special boy stands. He flies around the towers and does fantastic tricks before landing on the balcony of the tallest building.

"So, how do the new rocket boots work, son?"

"Great, dad. No complaints."

The boy, named Ezekiel, goes to his bedroom, filthy and littered with magazines and robot parts, lies down on his bed, and begins to ponder indefinitely. Benifiting society sure is great, he thinks to himself, staring at his robot arms supplied by his dad, but I feel like I need to expand my reach. I want to travel the world. He turns his head to the Pokeball on his desk. I've always wanted to put Pokemon into my life.

A tunnel full of darkness. Suddenly a pinprick of light comes from round a corner. It is soon followed by a boy holding a lantern.

Hmm, I've never seen this part of the ruins before, Thought Alex as he walked. Feeling a bit lonely in the dark he lifted up a pokeball from on his belt. "Come on out Gabite," he said as he chucked the pokeball into the air. The pokeball snapped open and a red light streamed out of it. The light formed into a dinosaur-like shape with fins, the light solidified and a Gabite was standing next to Alex.

"Gaaaaaaaaaaa," Gabite said to Alex as if he were anxious about something. While Alex pondered what Gabite was trying to tell him, he heard a rumbling noise from behind him.

"Oh no! A cave in!" He shouted when he realized what the noise meant. He turned around and ran as fast as he could towards the noise, but he was met by a wall of rock. Alex sighed then turned to Gabite "I suppose the only way to go is forward." Gabite nodded in agree ment then together they both walked off into the unknown.

"Son, we need to get out of here."

"What?"

"Team Armageddon is storming the building!"

Ezekiel's father left the room with a grim expression on his son's face.

Meanwhile on the ground floor, a rather small man entered the building. He was balding and had a large, fuzzy white beard. He wore a long, dinjy brown coat that was much too big for him. His name is Commander Aries.

He called to the goons, "Spread out! Find the Dimensional Constructor!"

"Sir," Ezekiel's dad told him, "i-i-it's just a prototype! It hasn't even been tested--"

"I don't care!" he yelled back. "That object is vital to the Mewtwo recreation! I suggest you don't meddle with our plans. Team Armageddon is powerful to an extent that you cannot believe. I could snap my fingers right now and my goons would make this building explode! But it would not matter. The universe will crumble into dust soon."

Ezekiel watched the conversation go on from behind a corner until he was spotted by two Armageddon goons.

"Hey!" one told him. "You aren't supposed to be in here! Get outside!"

A pleasant smirk grew on Ezekiel's face. "I guess it's time to show these guys what I'm made of. Go, Metang!"

Suddenly, the ice started breaking. Ice recalled his Pokemon, and started running towards his house cave (he lives alone). He quickly gathered his most important possessions and was about to start to hike up the mountian to safety, a procedure he has developed as soon as he moved out of his parents house in case of emergency (ICE lol!), when he heard some voices outside. "What do you mean you lost Zoroark's scent?! It was in plain sight when we cracked the ice!" the voice yelled. "Doom! Hou houndoom! Doohou!" his Houndoom replied.
"Well it's not hard enough! Do you remember what happens to those who fail Commander Pisces' missions?"
"Houndoom..."
"I know... hey, what's this cave here?" the voice said, and peered in. "A kid? You must be after Zoroark!" "Hound!!!" the Dark Pokemon agreed. "Wait, what? I live here! I'm not after Zorkar! But if I have no choice, then let's go Clashier!"

(Note: The Team Armageddon member saying this might not know any better.)

Sunlight streamed from a window, spreading across the bed that the Pokémon Center of Magmount City provided for Trainers. Ashley rose, irritably wishing for there to be drapes so she could block that bothersome light, but there was no reason to linger---she needed to travel, as was a Trainer's typical routine. Adjusting the Poké Ball belt that she slung onto a bedpost last night onto her yoga pants, she walked downstairs---perhaps the Pokémon Center provided breakfast, too.

''You should not come here.'' a nurse's light---but now stern---voice proclaimed to some people outside. ''We will not tolerate your mistreatment of Pokémon!"

"Madam, you must be thinking of someone else. We wouldn't do that. Now, we did not come here to chat; we came here to accomplish an objective of ours.....please step out of the way."

"I have my duty! To protect the Pokémon of this Center, and nothing---"

The person sighed. "Wigglytuff, use Disable."

The Nurse stiffened, held upright by some light gray light that the Wigglytuff seemed to be controlling.

Breakfast will have to wait.... Before the people could even enter the Pokémon Center, Ashley called out a Pokémon.

"Armaldo, I choose you!"

(EDIT: I forgot I was Ashley. I really should make my roleplay characters less like me.)

Who's going to control the member here? Do I do it, or what?
About the strange moving style: Some Water-types would be hard otherwise. Dusk is easy, being a Crawdaunt, Blune knows Bounce, Magus...can slither along or something, and Swyft can run. Simple ^^)

Looking around Oaside City, Rayana Aquus listened to the sounds of gushing water like she did every day, punctuated only by birds, people walking past, and...shouting? Yes, if she listened carefully, she could hear shouting coming from a nearby street. 'Drakon...' she whispered, sending out her faithful Kingdra. 'Do you hear that? There might be trouble. We should go look.' she said calmly, blue eyes sparkling. 'Draaaaaa!' Drakon replied, before bouncing down the street on her tail, something Rayana had taught her to do as a Horsea. Rayana followed behind, already anticipating the battle.

After flattening the two goons, Ezekiel ran up to Commander Aries. "If you want that Dimensional Constructor, you're going to have to get through me!"

"Son, no!" his dad yelled, concerned. "Don't get involved!"

"I accept your challenge," the commander responded. "I'll make quick work of you. Go, Mysteroid!"

((Oh god, my first action scene. I'm going to suck at this.))

"Go, Magnezone! Use Lock On!"
Magnezone pointed its eye directly into its opponent.

"Mysteroid, use Bide!"
Mysteroid closed its eyes and its muscles tensed. It began to glow a faint red. Ezekiel knew had to finish him off quickly.

The man's Wigglytuff dropped its control of Nurse Joy to dodge Armaldo's Rock Blast. "Wigglytuff, use Brick Break!"

Ashley was a little surprised that the man's Wigglytuff knew such a move, as the Wigglytuff in question cartwheeled heavily into Armaldo, its glowing fists striking Armaldo's carapace. Armaldo, undeterred, called out a cry of challenge. Nurse Joy ran away, the man too distracted to attempt to have her restrained at the moment. "Use Metal Claw!"

Armaldo rushed towards Wigglytuff, his claws enfolded in glowing, metallic light as he struck. "Wigglytuff---"

"Metal Claw!" Ashley interrupted, not giving the man an opportunity to counterattack. Armaldo struck at Wigglytuff until it collapsed, fainted. The man made a motion towards another Poké Ball.

"Clefable---"

A jolt of electricity arced through the air. Norse Joy and an Electabuzz stood, looking sternly at the man. "Leave the Pokémon Center now. Or else we...."

The man was not intimidated, although the Nurse's defensive maneuvers were clearly not part of the plan. "Retreat!" he commanded the others----which for some reason made no motion to help him battle earlier----as he recalled his Wigglytuff.

Nurse Joy breathed a sigh of relief as the man and the group accompanying him fled. "Should I pursue them?" Ashley asked Nurse Joy, a little impatient tension in her voice---probably indignation from the unfinished battle. "No...I know they will not come here again." Ashley did not find this sound reason, but did not argue. Perhaps she, as a Nurse, was too peaceful to advocate unprovoked attacking.

"Electabuzz, return." Nurse Joy headed towards the back of the Pokémon Center. As she walked away, Ashley remembered her expectation of breakfast. "Nurse Joy..."

Nurse Joy deposited the Poké Ball she borrowed from a Trainer in storage before she turned to Ashley.

"Is there breakfast?"

Kevin, still playing with this deck of cards, felt a nearby earthquake. It was not caused naturally, but by somekind of battle. " Kevin went outside, hopped on his boltweiler, and headed towards the source.

"I hope this is a good idea," he thought to himself.

(I'm assuming I do then. ^^ The Weavile is rather low-leveled compared to Drakon, plus super effective... The Weezing is level 40 though.
*tries not to get confused* I'll post the next bit after getting through my pile of homework. xD)

Rayana reached the source of the shouting; a dark-suited man confronting a family who seemed to be unwilling to give him something. 'And what's all this about?' she asked. The man turned towards her. 'Ha! You don't need to know, you won't be able to stop us.' he said. 'Try me.' Rayana replied coolly, as Drakon - whom she had somehow overtaken, appeared behind her. The man glared at her; and threw a Poke Ball, revealing a Weavile. 'Weav! Weavile!' it said, and Slashed at Drakon.

'Drakon, use Flash Cannon.' Rayana said, as the Kingdra created a pulse of light and sent it flying towards the Weavile, which fainted instantly. The man looked irritated. 'Why don't you just give up now? he said, and threw another Poke Ball. Out came a Weezing.

"Let's heat things up! Use Flamethrower!" called the grunt.

"Coutner with Icy Wind!" Ice exclaimed. Clashier saw the stream of flames rush towards it, and blew out its own stream of cold air. The flames gobbled it up like a Munchlax eating... anything, and it scored a direct hit on Clashier. "Of course, we don't play fair. Houndoom, sound the battle cry!" The Dark Pokemon obeyed, and it reared back. It shot its head in the air and cried a fearsome cry. Two Houndour came out form behind the enterance. 'Well we don't play fair either. Roksicle! Snowl! Come out!" he said, sending out his Pokemon. "Sn! Sn!" quailed the owl.

Astro stepped from her telescope. She turned around to find her two Briclipse sleeping atop an also sleeping Hunebould. The clock said 3:00 a.m.. "You guys that tired? Fine, I'll check out. Good night," she said, and got under her covers.

A young girl stumbled through the forest, an angry army of Carnivine and Ariados chasing her relentlessly.

This girl is Rose. She carefully carried a majestic flower in her hand as she ran. She had plucked it next to the lake in the Budibus Woods. It was the only one there. And frankly it was sacred because of this.

She tripped over a rock and landed in the grass and dirt. Survival seemed hopeless. However, just then a horrible chill ran through the pursuing Pokemon, like something was attacking their minds and being, and they turned around and left grumpily.

The girl slowly stood up and stared into the pitch black depths of the woods, wondering what could have startled the Pokemon.

Magnezone unleashed all he could on the foe's Mysteroid, but it wasn't enough. Mysteroid unleashed a mass of power on Magnezone and nearly wiped it out with one blow. Ezekiel, in a sense of danger, switched to Metang. The commander was angered by this and began charging up Mysteroid for another blow.
