Dusriguana, the Working Pokémon.

It comes home from work on Fridays and spends its free time with its associates.
Intelligent and industrious, it often displaces humans from their jobs.
(Bonus description)
Due to displacing jobs, they are disliked by workers. They are thus endangered.

Haha, nah I like it. Did you see my Taikwondog and Shaoline sov? They have just as much human characteristics. I will put it in my region as an Easter Egg.

Here's a new Pokémon, too. Farmers in the Sharlee region keep them for their wondrously soft wool which has different texture and colour depending on the weather when they are shorn. It has an evolution which will be coming soon.

I never intended it to be incorporated as a real Pokémon. Besides, this is his region, not mine, and it is his sole responsibility to make Pokémon to stock it. This was merely intended as a joke. I am glad that it made you laugh.

Bacumolo is an intriguing Pokémon. Where does its name come from? "Baa" and "Cumulous?"

Lacklustre was a joke Pokémon that became real. With your permission I'd still include it as a Pokémon, the first since Meowth that can learn Pay Day naturally.

And yes, you guessed the name origins correctly.

I think it's a fun idea, I designed a region based on my previous house too. When my brothers were kids they did the same thing but not with Pokémon (it didn't exist yet) I guess I got it from them.

NEW: This desert dwelling Pokémon is said to be a dark spirit with a penchant for mayhem!

It looks like it evolves from Cubone. while the bone that looks impaled into it is kind of scary, the spiked collar really tells you "I'm gonna eat you up"

It might be related to Cubone in a Darwinian sense, but it doesn't evolve from Cubone in Pokémon's metamorphic sense. It's probably more related to Houndour though, who also has bony protrusions on its body.

NEW: Based on the itsy bitsy spider nursery rhyme, aquatic spiders and the spider who I just killed and washed down the drain, this is Spirispout. It is a rare tri-type Pokémon that is said to haunt willow lake. Legend has it that it is the restless and angry spirit of another spider Pokémon that drowned. Although it can use poison, it prefers to bring down its prey with ghostly curses or jets of water.

These are not technically new Pokémon, just new forms. They are Albino Wooper and Quagsire, they're the same as regular Wooper and Quagsire except for their pale skin and they all have the Dry Skin ability. They're found exclusively underground. (It's also rumoured that they may have some ghost types moves, unlearnable by regular Wooper)

Spirispout scares me...it seems a little too scary for Pokémon.
Albino Wooper and Quagsire look cute, although bizarrely transparent, as they have no shading.

I see you forgot to add shading, so I added some for you. (I know your style normally does not incorporate shading; I was merely referencing Flarsable's speech mannerisms...or perhaps a meme.)

Spirispout is meant to be scary. It sure scared me when it descended from the ceiling in my bathroom. I suppose it arguably looks more like a Digimon than a Pokemon, but I care not.

Thanks for the shaded Skeleena. I tend to draw Pokémon for the fun of it and therefore am not bothered with shading.

Spirispout looks like it ate Ludwig von Koopa. It just doesn't fit the whole spider-of-death concept.

Honestly Flarsable, what's up with you and comparing my Pokémon to obscure characters I've never heard of? And the concept wasn't exactly spider of death anyway, it was more "spirit of water spider", which I think it fits perfectly well thanks.
