The HMs are as follows:

1: Recharge: Turns on appliances and such.
2: Holy Water: Heals certain wounds and makes plants grow faster.
3: Stealth: Allows to move through shadows without being seen.
4: AbrasiveWind: Grinds down sharp rocks.
5: Molten Steel: Melts metal locks and doors.
6: Vapor Wall: Allows to walk through fire.
7: Life Stream: Heals all pokemon in the area half their HP. Does not heal fainted pokemon.
8: *Rainbow: Creates a bridge of a random color.
9: Stargaze: Acts as a map.
10: Collect: Gathers any items in the area.
11: Berry Growth: Random Berry given to User; Can only be used once a day.
12: Flock: Attracts FLYING-type pokemon.
13: Surf: Allows to travel over water.
14: Fly: Allows to fly to a previously visited city/town.
15: Dig: Allows to exit caves, and go under certain obstacles.
16: Cut: Cuts down small trees.
17: Strength: Allows user to move small boulders, and destroy weak ones.
18: Headbutt: Drops Pokemon out of trees.

*Can only cross the bridge if the user has a pokemon of that base color in pokedex.

The TM's are the same as Bombur, and the only Move Tutors can teach Hyper Beam, it's elemental counterparts, and OHKOs.

I added Surf and Fly to the HMs list.
